Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management

• Build strong rapport with branch staff to generate life insurance leads.
• Collaborate closely with bank personnel to ensure smooth product promotion and customer conversion.

Sales Target Achievement

• Drive sales of life insurance products through bank branches to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Maintain high productivity and strong conversion ratios from generated leads.

Customer Engagement

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Deliver clear and compliant product presentations and policy explanations.

Compliance & Process Adherence

• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of leads, closures, and customer communications.

MIS & Reporting

• Update sales dashboards, lead trackers, and performance reports for review and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to sales leadership.
