Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd. in Gujarat is seeking a Relationship Manager for Agriculture SME / Mortgage sales to grow the business and maintain a healthy portfolio.

You will drive volume through self-sourcing, branch collaboration and DSAs, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing customer exits. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Agriculture SME banking or mortgage sales and at least 2 years in banking sales, with loan tickets above Rs 10 lacs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Agriculture SME banking or Mortgage sales.
• At least 2-year experience in Banking sales segment (vertical with loan ticket size > Rs 10 lacs).
• Familiarity with Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
