Job summary

Abacus Consultants in Vadodara invites a dynamic sales professional to contribute to the Mortgages line of business by marketing and selling home loan products through a strong local distribution network, targeted yields, and competitive fees.

The role focuses on expanding the distribution by empaneling and activating Retail DSAs, developing customer relationships, organizing local programs, and ensuring rigorous due diligence to prevent fraud while aligning with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards building the Mortgages line of business and loan book by marketing/selling all products and solutions to potential and existing customers at targeted yields and fees through a strong distribution network
• Strengthen the distribution network through empanelment and activation of Retail DSAs through knowledge sharing and capability building
• Ensure client and channel acquisition through effective networking, organizing local area programs, direct builder network, cross-selling through group
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through customer management and relationship-building measures
• Leverage understanding of local markets to facilitate structuring of loans in line with regulatory guidelines
• Ensure due diligence to prevent fraudulent loans and ensure all sales processes comply with internal and regulatory guidelines

Role & responsibilities

The purpose of this job is:

• To effectively contribute towards building the Mortgages line of business and loan book by marketing/ selling all products and solutions to potential and existing customers at targeted yields and fee through a strong distribution network


• To strengthen the distribution network through the identification, empanelment, and activation of able Retail DSAs through knowledge sharing and capability building. These channels will be sourced through open markets and would exclude the Corporate/National Distributors.


• To ensure client and channel acquisition through effective networking, organizing local area programs, direct builder network, cross-selling through group


• To establish and nurture strong customer relationships through effective customer management and relationships building measures and techniques


• To leverage an understanding of local markets and preferences and facilitate structuring of loans in accordance


• To ensure all necessary due diligence is conducted to prevent fraudulent loans and ensure all sales processes are carried out in keeping with internal and regulatory guidelines
