• Partner Acquisition & Management: Onboard new Corporate Agents (banks, brokers, or corporate entities) and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive and monitor primary business metrics, such as First Year Premium Income (FYPI) and case counts, through these institutional channels.
• Product Training & Support: Conduct regular training sessions for partner sales staff regarding life insurance concepts, product features, and compliance guidelines.
• Lead Generation & Campaigning: Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, promotional events, and lead-generation drives with the partner's branch network.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all sales and policy issuances strictly adhere to the regulatory standards set by IRDAI and internal company frameworks.
• Relationship Building: Address partner escalations, ensure seamless operational support, and maintain high engagement levels with partner branches
