Qualifications

• CRM-led lead management experience with company-provided leads.
• Strong negotiation, document understanding, and local market knowledge.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license for field visits.

• Affordable Property Valuation & LAP processing for LAP or mortgage top-ups.
• High ROI value-selling: address objections citing speed of disbursement and flexible docs.

• End-to-end file login: capture KYC and property photos, coordinate with credit for approvals.

About the Role

Aye Finance is hiring for the position of Relationship Manager Upsell to manage credit

extensions for our high-performing existing borrower portfolio. In this role, 100% warm

requirement leads will be provided by the company. Your primary responsibility is to

connect with these pre-qualified customers, evaluate their additional funding requirements,

and successfully pitch top-up loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or mortgage extensions.

We require professionals coming from the Affordable Housing / Affordable LAP segment

who are skilled at value-selling and justification of high rates of interest (ROI) to micro-

entrepreneurs and self-employed profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Top-Ups: Promptly act upon warm requirement leads provided by the organization to pitch and close top-up loans or asset-backed upgrades.
• Affordable Property Valuation & LAP Processing: Evaluate properties in the affordable segment (semi-urban, unapproved, or self-constructed properties) for Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage top-ups.
• High ROI Value-Selling: Skillfully handle customer objections regarding high rates of interest by emphasizing speed of disbursement, doorstep service, and flexible documentation.
• On-Field Relationship Management: Conduct field visits to the customer’s business or residential premises to assess incremental cash flows and gather property documents.
• End-to-End File Login: Take ownership of the digital file login process, from capturing KYC and property photos on the company application to coordinate with the credit team for smooth approvals.
• Portfolio Retention: Maintain high customer engagement to ensure that top-performing clients do not migrate to competitors offering lower ticket sizes or slower turnaround times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–5 years of active sales experience in Affordable Housing Loans, Affordable LAP, or Mortgage Loans within NBFCs or Housing Finance Companies (HFCs).
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record of handling high-yielding/high-interest loan products targeted at self-employed, informal, or MSME segments.
• Lead Management: Experience working with CRM-driven or company-allocated lead buckets (rather than 100% open-market cold sourcing).
• Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, property document understanding, and local market geographical knowledge.
• Mandatory Requirement: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily property and business field visits.
