Job summary

Corenza is a fast-growing fintech platform providing growth capital and working capital solutions for startups, MSMEs and digital-first businesses in Mumbai. The role leads unsecured business loans and MSME lending, owning regional AUM, disbursement and revenue targets, and originating small-value MSME deals.

You will build sourcing channels with fintechs, NBFCs and ecosystem partners, while leading a high-performing sales team and collaborating with Credit, Risk and Product to improve lending

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Unsecured Business Loans / MSME / SME Lending
• Strong experience with Fintechs, NBFCs or Digital Lending platforms
• Proven track record in loan origination, business development and portfolio growth
• Strong MSME ecosystem/network and team leadership experience
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to personally drive small-ticket deals
