Job summary

Groww is seeking a field-facing role to cultivate strong relationships with IFAs and MF distributors in West Bengal, with a focus on Kolkata. You will promote Groww Mutual Fund offerings and drive network growth.

You will lead sales and AUM targets via partner engagement, conduct product trainings, onboarding, and provide ongoing service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in finance, business or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in mutual fund distribution or sales, especially in IFA/MFD ecosystem.
• Good understanding of mutual fund products and distribution channel.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Energetic, proactive and target-oriented approach.
