Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• 2–8+ years of experience in life insurance / BFSI sales.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and advisory; existing client network preferred.
• IRDAI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through existing and new client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI, retail, and corporate clients.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and premium targets.
• Drive cross-selling through wealth, investment, and distribution channels.

Job Summary

Responsible for driving life insurance business through client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling, while providing suitable insurance solutions aligned with client financial goals.

The primary responsibilities of the RM Life Insurance will be to:
