Ppfas Asset Management is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive distribution channels and grow our mutual fund footprint. You will work with agents, distributors and brokers to acquire new customers and meet revenue targets, while maintaining strong relationships and market insights.

The role requires excellent communication, presenting a polished image, and a proactive approach to building strategic distributor partnerships. On-site presence in India is expected.

Formación

• Candidate must have B.Com or any graduate with related sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution / channel management in AMC/Mutual Fund.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and liaison skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new customers for our products.
• Build and manage distribution networks of agents, distributors and brokers.
• Achieve productivity targets for numbers and value.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with brokers and partners.
• Empanel new brokers.
• Plan monthly and quarterly sales activities and ensure flawless execution.
• Visit brokers/distributors/agents/branches to support sourcing liability business.
• Engage with distributors/brokers to expand deposits and new tie-ups.
• Gather market intelligence on clients, pricing, products, competition.

Role & responsibilities

The candidate should have a very clear concept and visibility of Sales & the

various related aspects prevailing in the Mutual Fund market. Should have a very

strong communication skill, excellent product knowledge, convincing attitude,

smart, energetic, hardworking, target driven, result oriented, soaring passion for

sales activities, quick learner, amicable and has an excellent liaison maintaining capacity.

• Acquisition of new customers for our products.
• Creating and managing the distribution franchise comprising of individual agents, corporate distributors and brokers
• Responsible for achieving productivity targets for numbers & Value
• Maintain and deepening relationship with brokers / partners
• New broker empanelment
• Maintain monthly & quarterly sales activity plan and ensure flawless
  execution
• Regular Broker/Distributor/Agent/Branch visits/support in sourcing liability business
• Proactively engaging with distributors/brokers for increasing their deposit allocationStrategy and Plans for new distributor tie-ups
• Market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products,competition

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates must be a B. Com or any Graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably RM's specializing in the field of distribution / channel management in AMC/Mutual Fund / Financial Services.
• Having good relations and contacts with top clients and distributors are a must.
• Should be presentable and have good communication skills.
• Candidate will be reporting to the Head-Distribution
