Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Jamui. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, explaining life insurance products, and supporting customers in selecting suitable plans. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, conducting needs assessments, providing policy information, and assisting with documentation and post-sales service. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and claim support, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving assigned sales and service targets. The Relationship Manager is expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, customer care, and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear explanation of financial and insurance concepts.
• Basic understanding of life insurance or financial products, with the ability to learn and apply product knowledge.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple customer interactions and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort with on-site work in Jamui, including field visits and in-person meetings with customers.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
