Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in India seeks a relationship manager to serve existing clients and acquire new bank clients in the construction equipment segment. You will build and manage relationships with Retail and SME CE clients, and source business through DSA/DST, direct and branch channels.

Candidates should understand local CE assets, infra project segments, and be adept at negotiating terms and handling refinance term loans. Experience with channel partners and dealers is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with channel partners and dealers/manufacturers.
• Experience in acquiring new to bank clients and servicing existing clients.
• Knowledge of infra companies in road/civil construction, power, irrigation, mining, hotels and hospitals.
• Good negotiation skills; knowledge of working capital products is an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities :

• Experience in service existing clients & acquiring new to bank Clients
• Knowledge of various CE assets, local market, Construction Equipment segment, CE clients profile
• Sourcing new to bank (NTB) clients & servicing existing Clients
• Relationship management for Retail, SME Construction Equipment Clients
• Candidate should have dealt with Refinance Term Loan
• Sourcing- DSA/DST/Direct & Through branch banking channels

Preferred candidate profile :

• Min. Graduate or Post graduate
• Experience in dealing with channel partners and dealers/manufacturers.
• Experience in acquiring new to bank Clients and service/deepen business relationship with existing client database
• Knowledge of Infra companies into Road/Civil Construction and Development, Power, Irrigation, water and sewerage, Mining and Quarry, Oil and Gas Exploration, Ports, Shipping, Warehousing and Material Handling, Hotels, Hospitals will be an added advantage
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge of working capital product will be an added advantage.
