Job summary

Premier Consultants invites applications for a role focused on managing and expanding a growing portfolio of customers in the Agri, Food processing and MSME sectors. The incumbent will offer working capital and term loan solutions tailored to customer requirements and will ensure rigorous post-disbursement monitoring and security perfection.

The position emphasizes deepening relationships through cross-sell of liability and third-party products, maintaining portfolio hygiene, and driving revenue

Responsibilities

• To manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers in Agri, Food processing & MSME Industries by offering loan products in line with customer requirements of Working capital (fund based/non-fund-based) & Term Loan facilities.
• Regular monitoring of accounts to ensure there are no delinquencies, portfolio hygiene, post disbursement deferrals closure in time, and security perfection.
• Deepening relationships with existing customers through Cross sell liability & other third-party products.
• Continuous monitoring of the accounts to ensure the business is per budget.
• Build a strong & robust customer base to increase both assets and liabilities and earn revenue by providing them with high standards of service on an ongoing basis.
