Founded by Stanford alumni, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and confidence in children aged 1 to 10 years.

With 10 centers across Bangalore, we are expanding rapidly to meet the growing demand for quality early childhood education.

Backed by Series B funding from GSV Ventures, Accel, and Matrix Partners, Openhouse is poised for significant growth and innovation in the education sector.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Rekationship Manager with 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in driving local marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of retail partnerships, outdoor advertising, and hyperlocal initiatives. You will be responsible for creating awareness within the local community to drive footfalls, trials, and conversions across Preschool and Afterschool programs. Your role will involve direct interaction with local vendors, stakeholders, and partners to implement campaigns and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

a. Apartments (Primary Channel) - Own end-to-end apartment marketing within 2–3 km of each centre. This includes-

  • Identify high-potential apartments based on family density & child age groups.
  • Obtain permissions from RWA / Facility Management.
  • Plan and execute high-engagement apartment events for kids & parents.
  • Set up branding: standees, posters, flyers, activity stations.
  • Work with the teacher + 4 interns to deliver a smooth event.
  • Capture leads & book appropriate centre trials based on age groups
  • Follow up post-event to convert leads into visits & enrolments.
  • Maintain deep apartment relationships for ongoing, repeat access.

b. Retail / Local Businesses - Drive local visibility and cross-promotions. This includes-

  • Set up Openhouse branding at partner locations.
  • Conduct small pop-ups or demos on weekends.
  • Track footfalls & conversions from each partner.

c. Corporate Partnerships - Build awareness among working parents. This includes-

  • Identify nearby corporations with high young-parent presence.
  • Run employee engagement pop-ups, communications, and parent sessions.
  • Promote exclusive trial slots / discounts where applicable.
  • Drive traffic to the nearest Openhouse centre.
2. LEADERSHIP (Teacher + Intern Management)

Lead the apartment activation team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage 1 teacher + 4 interns during all on-ground events.
  • Train them on: event flow, parent communication, child handling, and lead capture.
  • Maintain Openhouse quality standards at every touchpoint.
  • Review and coach interns weekly for performance & behaviour.
3. RAPPORT BUILDING (Community Relationships) -

Be the known face of Openhouse for local parents.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong parent connections during and after events.
  • Invite families to the centre for trials & tours.
  • Visit centres on weekdays to reconnect with event attendees.
  • Become a familiar, trusted contact for parents in target apartments.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with RWAs, retail owners & local groups.
Ideal Candidate
