Job summary

Pink City Fincap in Bengaluru seeks a results-driven sales professional to close new deals and meet targets across personal, business, home, LAP, and other retail loans. You will visit customers, assess needs, and propose suitable loan products.

The role requires maintaining records, timely follow-ups, and delivering excellent service while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and regulatory compliance. An added advantage includes experience in various loan products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, or other retail loan products will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Close new deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Generate new leads within the assigned sales territory.
• Visit customers regularly and provide suitable loan solutions.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend the right loan products.
• Guide customers through the complete loan application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and customer accounts.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Represent the company professionally during all customer and prospect interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
