Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive micro market expansion for Micro LAP and gold-backed secured lending. The role focuses on building strong referral networks, lead generation, and timely loan processing, with doorstep service to customers.

The candidate should have 5+ years in Home Loans/Mortgages, strong communication, and a go-getter attitude to expand retail assets in the Tamil Nadu region.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale up Micro LAP and Gold backed secured loans.
• Generate leads in the assigned area and make daily sales calls.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and support end-to-end loan processing.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the branch; coordinate with branch and managers.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers and manage collector activities as needed.

Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers - at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organisation's policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organisation while working in the Market for new opportunities, competition information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.

Skills and Exposure

A result oriented individual with Positive Mental Attitude with Integrity, willing to put hardwork.

Atleast 5 years experience in working in Retail Assets especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property business. Exposure to Affordable segment preferred.

Special Requirements (If any)

Working knowledge of Affordable Home Loans / Micro LAP business exposure, preferable.

Educational Qualification / Technical Certification

Any Graduation / Plus 2 with relevant experience of more than 5 years in Home Loans / Affordable Mortgages Market.

Skill Sets

Good oral, written and presentation skills

Experience

5+ years of overall experience preferred in Mortgages industry, with atleast 2 years in Affordable segment preferred.
