Skywings Advisors Private Limited is recruiting for an RM to drive life insurance sales through bank partners across Pune and nearby locations, including Ahmednagar. The role requires building strong relationships with bank staff, meeting sales targets and ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

You'll leverage bank leads and walk-ins, conduct joint customer meetings, and tailor product recommendations to customer needs.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with bank partners.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
