Qualifications

  • BE/BTech or MBA holders with regulatory experience in RE preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret policy and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of policy and regulatory aspects related to utility scale, C&I, power market, project development and implementation.
  • Tracking policy and regulatory development in the RE Sector in India.
  • Analysis and submission of comments on CERC/CEA/SERC regulations, procedure and concept note.
  • Support in filing of petitions, tracking SERC, CERC, APTEL orders and collaboration with internal and external legal counsel.
  • Preparation and submission of applications for RE project construction approvals, Grid Connection approvals and coordination with relevant agencies.
  • Interact with various agencies including CERC, MNRE, CTU, CEA, MoP, State Nodal agencies, STUs, SERC, and industry associations (WIPPA, SPDA, NSEFI etc).
  • Coordination with cross functional departments to help deliver the project execution including incorporation of cross functional inputs from Engineering, Projects, Land, Approvals and exploring ways to optimize the projects.

Job Summary:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
