Job summary

Hexagon Nutrition is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage registration and regulatory compliance of Nutraceutical, Health Supplement, Premix, and Therapeutic products across international and domestic markets.

The role involves preparing technical dossiers, ensuring labeling and artwork compliance, resolving regulatory queries, and coordinating with internal teams and international distributors to secure timely product registrations and approvals.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in Nutraceuticals/Food/Health Supplements.
• Bachelor-level science degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, labeling requirements, compliance, and FoSCoS.
• Strong documentation, communication, coordination and attention to detail.

Job description

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage and support the registration and regulatory compliance of Nutraceutical, Health Supplement, Premix, and Therapeutic products across international and domestic markets.

The role will involve preparation and submission of technical dossiers, labelling and artwork compliance, regulatory query resolution, and coordination with internal teams and international distributors to ensure timely product registrations and regulatory approvals.

Role & responsibilities

I. Responsible for registration of Nutraceutical/Health Supplement products especially in international markets like Asia, Africa, LATAM etc.

• To prepare and standardize technical dossiers and documents for registration of products
• internationally as per the countrys regulatory requirements for Brands, Premixes and therapeutic
• products in nutraceuticals segments.
• Compile, Review & Submit the Dossiers to the Distributors as per the MOH guidelines along with
• query resolution.

II. To ensure labelling & Licensing Compliance as per FSSAI regulation for Domestic Markets.

• To Prepare and approve labelling & artwork as per specific country requirements for domestic and
• export markets.
• To give approval for the artworks and packaging material for commercial orders of various
• countries with proper proof reading
• Arranging samples for registration as required by various countries.
• To provide technical support for the new artworks for the existing products (brochures, LBLS,
• therapeutic index, nutritional labels country-wise (different languages) and product wise.
• To co-ordinate with Marketing, Product Development, Quality Control, Supply Chain Team on an
• ongoing project. Follow up and coordinate with various departments across the company to collate
• documents required for regulatory submissions on time.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. in Food Science, Food Science & Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, or any Biological Science.
• 13 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in Nutraceuticals/Food/Health Supplements.
• Basic knowledge of FSSAI regulations, labelling requirements, compliance, and FoSCoS.
• Good documentation, communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
