Job summary

Mrs Bectors Foods Specialities Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to provide scientific and regulatory support for new product development (NPD) projects. You will review ingredients, formulations, labels and product claims for regulatory compliance, and ensure adherence to FSSAI, labeling and export regulations.

You will coordinate with NPD, Quality, Packaging, Marketing and Export teams for product launches, monitor regulatory updates, and prepare technical dossiers and export

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Scientific & Regulatory Affairs within the food/FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food labeling, ingredient compliance and export regulatory requirements.
• Good analytical, technical writing and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience supporting NPD and product commercialization is an advantage.
