Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a seasoned Dashboard Analyst/BI Dev in Bengaluru to design and deliver Tableau-based analytics solutions for a global manufacturing initiative. You will work with data preparation, modeling, and reporting to support senior stakeholders across multiple teams.

The role requires deep Tableau expertise, strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge, and experience with cloud services (AWS). You will translate business needs into actionable dashboards that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Tableau expert with 5+ years of experience.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Big Data/Analytics and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics.
• Tableau administration/architecture knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

• Deliver Tableau-based solutions and dashboards; ensure data preparation and modeling support for visualization.

As part of this strategic initiative, a large-scale global program is being implemented across the company's IP portfolio. This includes the development of new embedded software, enhancements to cloud infrastructure, and the creation of innovative interfaces within the mobile application. As a Dashboard Analyst/BI Dev you will be responsible for data analytics and dashboards creation\\modification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of solutions using TableauUnderstand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purposeCapture reporting requirements from various partners, architect the solution/report, Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in a timely manner

SKILLS

Must have

• 5+ yrs exp in Tableau (expert) along with Amazon servicesA solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and normalization.Strong skills in Big Data / Analytics / SQL DB / ETL SkillsProficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.Excellent communication skills with the ability to function equally well as a team member and individual contributor.Strong data visualization/ presentation skills to present data to key stakeholders

Working in an Agile environment and closely collaborating with various departments.AWS Cloud tools are a plus.
