Job summary

Dr. Reddys Laboratories Limited is seeking an experienced Training Specialist in Hyderabad to identify and address field training needs, design and deploy training modules, and conduct face-to-face classroom sessions for FMRs.

The role includes planning on-the-job training with SMs/NSMs and coaching participants to apply learning in the field. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in pharma with 2-3 years in sales training, holding a Science/Pharma degree, and will coordinate across regional teams

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Training.
• Science/Pharma graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs of field colleagues in states/zone and design, develop & deploy modules.
• Conduct 1-2 days of face-to-face classroom training based on TNI for identified FMRs.
• Plan on-the-job training before 15 days of the month in coordination with SM/NSM with identified FMRs/ASMs.
• Evaluate post-training effectiveness using predefined metrics and coaching the participants.
• On-the-job coaching by observing Field Medical Representatives and guiding ASM for further improvement; breakdown: 2 days classroom, 2-3 days admin module prep, 16-17 days field work.

Responsibilities

• Identify the Training Needs of field colleagues of your states/zone by coordinating with NSM/SM/DH/Mrktg. Design, Develop & Deploy the training module as per identified needs.1-2 days of Face to Face Classroom training based on TNI for identified FMRs. Plan On the Job Training before 15 days of the month in coordination with SM/NSM with identified FMRs/ASMs. Evaluate post training effectiveness by working with the participants and pre-decided metrics. On the Job Coaching by observing how the FMR is implementing the learnings inside the Dr chamber and will also guide / train him to do better .the field working wherever required; on the 2nd day of working, training manager will work with both FMR and ASM and share the feedback with ASM from field working for ASM to work on FMR further Breakup of working days : 2 days class room training + 2-3 days admin working preparing modules + 16-17 Days field working

Qualification & Experience

• Any Science / Pharma Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Industry & relevant 2-3 years of experience in Sales Training.
