Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in facilities or property management and holds a B.Tech or similar degree.

• Strong budget, contract, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring it is in good condition and meets safety requirements.
• Managing property development projects, including design, planning, construction, and maintenance.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
