Job summary

Ather Energy is seeking a Regional Vehicle Service Manager to oversee service delivery, operations, and demand generation across the territory from the Zonal Office. You will supervise workshops, guide regional teams, and drive service KPIs to meet stated volume plans.

Responsibilities include managing payments, inventory coordination with central warehouse, hiring and training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experience during scooter delivery and service.

Qualifications

• Graduate in business or engineering from a tier I or tier II institute.
• 12-15 years of experience in managing service delivery operations, leading a team of 20+ members or overseeing 4+ workshops.

About the Team and the Role:

The Vehicle service team at Ather is responsible for managing service delivery, operations, and demand generation to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience.

This role is for a key senior resource in the territory responsible for supervising workshop operations, managing regional teams, and driving service KPIs to achieve projected volume plans.
