Job summary

Spinny Capital is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Head to drive used car auto loan sales and dealer financing business across South India. The role focuses on regional growth, dealer relationships, and achieving loan disbursement targets. You will lead a regional sales team of 10–12, expand dealer funding across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai, and collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth loan processing.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in auto loan sales or NBFC auto lending.
• Strong dealer network and proven sales/disbursement track record.
• Experience in leading regional sales teams and expanding coverage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
