Job summary

MIT Vishwaprayag University in Solapur is seeking an experienced Outreach Manager (Regional) to lead admissions outreach across Maharashtra. The role centers on engagement with K12 schools, counselor workshops, CRM usage, and achieving enrolment targets.

The candidate will plan brand-building activities, coordinate with schools and colleges, maintain MIS reports, and guide students in career path decisions while working with a dynamic outreach team.

Qualifications

• MBA in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institute.
• Proven experience in Academic Institutions for not less than 5 years.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork.
• Proactive self-starter with presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work with K12 schools to develop productive engagement viz. faculty training, counselor workshops, student visits to University.
• Planning activities for brand building and marketing in educational fairs
• Shall possess knowledge of CRM,
• Must know lead generation online / offline and target oriented.
• Understand the key requirement and Conduct Counseling sessions for marketing coordinators and school students.
• Comfort with working on assigned enrolment targets from the assigned region/ geography.
• Organize engagement activities, events and actively counsel students in such events.
• Maintain MIS and create daily reports and trackers to share with the leadership.
• Education counselling students to make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.
• Engage with the Schools, colleges and Outreach team for support in supplies of collaterals, collating application forms data, and general coordination to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage various databases relevant to Marketing and Outreach.
• Work in coordination with all departments
