Job summary

Google in India is seeking a Full-time on-site Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary supply chain projects spanning global offices and time zones. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional communication to keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner for sustaining products, driving material readiness from mass production through End of Life (EOL).
• Lead seamless product transitions and serve as the material liaison for NPI launches.
• Provide guidance to the Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to ensure continuity of supply.
• Optimize procurement, production scheduling, and capacity planning to meet global forecasts.
• Identify supply chain vulnerabilities and lead weekly clear to build reviews to enhance supply and commit accuracy.
• Drive inventory management to hit service level goals and turnover goals.
• Reconcile cost BOM and bridge price gaps between suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure cost accuracy.
• Establish performance metrics and delivery KPIs.
• Communicate risks and status to executive leadership while leading process improvements to scale the team's impact.
