Job summary

Google is seeking aTechnical Program Manager in Bengaluru to lead the Fleet Management and Supply Chain Intelligence initiatives. You will own data roadmaps, drive AI-enabled data pipelines, and mentor a team of TPMs and engineers across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

You will work with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to translate business strategy into actionable specifications while ensuring platform scalability and regulatory alignment.

Technical Program Manager, Fleet and Supply Chain Intelligence

Advanced

Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders;deep expertise in domain.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in modern data toolsets, advanced analytics, and cloud-native environments, including enterprise data management and market data frameworks.
• 10 years of Technical Program Management experience leading full project lifecycles, with proficiency in SQL querying, data visualization, AI prompt engineering, and process automation.
• 3 years of experience configuring, analyzing, or managing modules within SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, specifically the configuration, implementation, or upgrade of tier-one supply chain systems, applications, or data center operations.
• Exceptional Agile leadership operating as a Product Owner or Scrum Master to manage complex, cross-functional, and multi-stakeholder dependencies.

You will own the technology roadmap for critical platforms supporting front, middle, or back-office functions ensuring our systems seamlessly support the scalable data center operations.
