Job summary

Aster DM Quality Care seeks an experienced Regional Marketing Head to drive growth, market leadership and patient acquisition across the Kerala region. You will lead regional sales and marketing strategies, build partnerships with clinicians, corporates and insurers, and guide B2B and B2C initiatives while collaborating with clinical, operational and finance leaders.

• 10–15+ years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or leadership experience.
• Experience in a multi-specialty hospital or healthcare network preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management or related discipline preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities
