Job summary

Aster DM Quality Care in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, is seeking a dynamic Unit Marketing Head to lead marketing, business development, patient acquisition and referral growth for a hospital unit.

You will develop strategies, drive OPD/IPD volumes, build networks with doctors and corporates, and lead a marketing team to deliver measurable ROI. MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred; strong communication and stakeholder management essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute unit-level marketing and business development strategies.

• Lead referral marketing, corporate tie-ups, community outreach, camps, CMEs and local market activation.
• Analyse market trends, competition, referral patterns and patient opportunities to identify growth areas.
• Lead and develop the marketing/business development team.
• Track KPIs, marketing ROI, referral volumes, conversion and business performance through regular MIS.
