Role Summary
The Regional Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end regional operations, revenue performance, team leadership, and service quality across multiple Truliv properties in Chennai. This role requires a strong balance of business acumen, people management, operational excellence, and customer experience ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Revenue Management
- Own regional occupancy, revenue, ARPU, and cost controls
- Drive sales performance, local partnerships, and corporate tie‑ups
- Monitor pricing, discounts, and offers in line with company strategy
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets
Operations & Property Management
- Oversee smooth day‑to‑day operations across all assigned properties
- Ensure SOP adherence, quality standards, and compliance
- Coordinate with central teams for maintenance, housekeeping, and procurement
- Handle escalations related to residents, vendors, and property issues
- Lead, mentor, and manage Property Managers, Wardens, and Operations staff
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Build a high‑ownership, hospitality‑first culture on ground
- Ensure proper staffing and shift planning across properties
Customer Experience & Retention
- Drive high CSAT scores, renewals, and referrals
- Act as the final escalation point for critical resident concerns
- Implement community initiatives and engagement activities
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and regional performance summaries
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Tech teams
- Ensure accurate data reporting and operational transparency
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder handling
- Solid understanding of P&L, occupancy metrics, and operational KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple properties and teams simultaneously
- Customer‑centric mindset with problem‑solving orientation
- Proficient in MS Excel, MIS tools, and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- MBA / PGDM is an added advantage
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in co‑living, hospitality, real estate, or facilities management
- Prior experience handling multi‑site operations preferred
