Job summary

NIIT Foundation invites a seasoned professional to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the Cyber Security Program across multiple states and locations. You will develop detailed implementation plans, rollout strategies, timelines, and location-wise targets in coordination with the central team.

You will ensure alignment with project design and donor commitments while driving outreach, training, DigiLocker onboarding, scheme awareness, and measurable impact against targets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Commerce/Economics, Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of overall experience in CSR / development project implementation.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in implementing cyber security and related technical projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, fast-paced, multi-location projects with high outreach targets.

Job Description

• Lead and manageend-to-end executionof the Cyber Security Program across all assigned states and locations.
  
• Develop and monitordetailed implementation plans, rollout strategies, timelines, and location-wise targetsin coordination with the central team.
  
• Ensure alignment of on-ground execution with approved project design, curriculum, and donor commitments.
  
• Drive achievement of outreach, training, DigiLocker onboarding, scheme awareness, and impact targets.
  

B. Team Management & Coordination

• Supervise and guide Partnership Managers, delivery managers, Senior Trainers, Assistant Trainers, Resource Mobilizers, and Location Leadersacross geographies. et
  
• Conduct regular review meetings, field visits, and virtual check-ins to track progress and resolve challenges.
  
• Build team capacity through mentoring, training refreshers, and performance feedback.
  
• Ensure optimal deployment of human resources to meet monthly and cumulative targets.
  

C. Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Analysis

• Overseepre- and post-assessment frameworksto measure financial literacy outcomes and behavioral change.
  
• Ensure accurate collection, validation, and analysis of beneficiary data and impact indicators.
  
• Track performance against milestones and implement corrective actions where gaps are identified.
  
• Consolidate impact findings into donor-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  

D. Financial & CSR Compliance Management

• Overseefinancial planning, budget utilization, and expense monitoringin line with approved budgets.
  
• Ensure compliance withCSR Act requirements, donor guidelines, and internal financial controls.
  
• Coordinate with finance teams for utilization certificates, audits, and financial reporting.
  
• Monitor cost efficiency while ensuring quality delivery at scale.
  

E. Reporting & Donor Management

• Act as thesingle point of contactfor the funder and key external stakeholders.
  
• Ensuretimely, accurate, and high-quality reporting, including:
  
• Monthly/quarterly progress reports
  
• MIS and beneficiary data
  
• Case studies, success stories, testimonials
  
• Impact and assessment reports
  
• Represent NIIT Foundation in review meetings, monitoring visits, audits, and presentations.
  
• Build and maintain relationships withlocal partners, institutions, government bodies, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  
• Identify implementation risks, operational challenges, and mitigation strategies proactively.
  
• Ensure smooth coordination between central, regional, and field teams.
