Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and regional budget; deliver regional revenue, costs and margins.
• Lead NCR growth through account mining, new corridors, and key client wins with Sales/BD.
• Oversee regional operations, service quality, SLA performance, uptime, and 24/7 readiness.
• Build and develop NCR leadership team; foster a safety-first, service-first culture.
• Own regional processes, SOPs, compliance, audit readiness, and standardization.
• Own fleet sourcing and governance for NCR-owned, DCO and vendor fleet.

Role: Regional/City Head - NCR(Rent a Car & Employee Transportation Services)

Location: Delhi NCR

Role Summary

The Regional Head NCR is the manager for Regional business, carrying full P&L ownership across Rent a Car and ETS. This role is accountable for end-to-end for regional growth, service quality, people, process, supply chain, and fleet quality leading the NCR leadership team, including the Operations Manager and other regional functional leads. Based in Delhi, reporting to the National Head, with 24/7 availability expected to meet business needs across an always-on operating region.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Ownership & Business Performance

• Full P&L ownership: Own NCR revenue, cost, and margin; set and deliver the regional budget and business plan.
• Resource allocation: Make fleet, headcount, and technology investment trade-offs to hit regional targets, and report performance to the National Head.

2. Regional Growth Mining & Hunting

• Account mining & retention: Grow wallet share within existing NCR accounts across Rent a Car and ETS, and drive renewals through service excellence.
• Market development: Identify whitespace within NCR new corridors, services, and client segments and support new-client wins in partnership with Sales/BD.

3. Operations & Service Quality

• Service delivery ownership: Own end-to-end SLA performance, vehicle uptime, and escalation management across the region, with 24/7 operational readiness.
• Client experience: Act as the senior escalation and relationship owner for strategic NCR accounts, driving satisfaction and NPS.

4. People Leadership

• Leadership team building: build, lead, and develop the NCR leadership bench and broader workforce, including succession planning and performance management.
• Culture: champion a safety-first, service-first, respect-for-the-chauffeur culture across the region.

5. Process Ownership

• SOPs & compliance: own and continuously improve regional processes across operations, billing, incident management, and compliance; ensure audit-readiness.
• Standardization: align NCR processes with national frameworks while adapting for regional needs.

6. Supply Chain & Fleet Quality

• Fleet supply ownership: own end-to-end fleet sourcing for NCR owned, DCO, and vendor ensuring the right size, mix, and cost to support growth.
• Fleet quality & governance: own fleet quality and safety standards and build resilient vendor/maintenance partnerships to support scale.
