Job summary

Gunnebo Entrance Control in Gurgaon seeks a Senior F&A professional to support an experienced Management Accountant. You will engage with UK/Europe/US stakeholders and manage AP/AR, bank and intercompany reconciliations, and GL activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Book Closing.
• Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Shift flexibility (12:00 PM - 09:00 AM / 06:30 PM - 03:30 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of finance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all activities.
• Monitor and manage financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, and related documentation.
• Reconcile processed transactions by verifying entries and comparing system-generated reports with account balances.
• Maintain complete and accurate historical records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare account analyses and generate monthly financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain detailed SOPs, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and deadlines.
• Review the work of finance executives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance and professional development.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the company's stake holders in UK\ Europe\ US. Theday-to-day functions will include Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation and General Ledger Reconciliation.

Exceptional written and spoken English skills are ESSENTIAL. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The GurgaonOffice Operates Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and respond promptly to finance-related queries and requests.
• Prepare account analyses and generate monthly financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and deadlines.
• Review the work of finance executives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance and professional development.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and management information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Requirements
