Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the company's stake holders in Europe. Theday-to-day functions will include Accounts Payable/Receivable.

Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The GurgaonOffice Operates Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Keeping track of all financial process, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintaining historical records for all transactions.
• Reviewing stake holders and generally responding to all enquiries regarding finance.
• Preparing detailed SOPs and delivering on a timely manner by following all the guidelines.
• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Managing all the transactional process (AR & AP).
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Supporting management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and streamline financial information.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinating with external auditors and providing required documentation
• Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and timeliness.
