Job summary

Black & White Engineering seeks an experienced Regional Director for India to lead its Global Design Hub and drive technical excellence for critical infrastructure worldwide. You will report to the Chairman & CEO and shape the office's strategic plan, growth, and delivery standards.

As Regional Director for India, you will lead Black & White’s Global Design Hub, growing a high-performing team that delivers technical excellence for critical buildings and infrastructure worldwide.

This is a strategically important role within the business, reporting directly to the Chairman & CEO.

• BSc/BEng or HND/HNC in an appropriate engineering discipline, with Chartered Engineer status (or working towards)
• Senior leadership experience in data centre design, engineering consultancy, or mission-critical infrastructure
• A proven track record in regional P&L ownership and commercial growth
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex MEP design for critical infrastructure projects
• Strong working knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory codes and standards
• Confidence managing projects internationally, with sound application of health and safety practice
