Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring regional teams, developing and executing local market strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial partners.
The Regional Business Head will monitor key performance metrics, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and expansion plans.
