Job summary

Vista Info Systems in India is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate objectives into clear functional and technical specifications. You will engage stakeholders, document BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and use cases, and guide cross‑functional teams through SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in BA/FA roles, excellent analytical and communication skills, experience with Jira/Confluence, and a background in BFSI/IT or related industries.

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes.
• Experience with UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking, and solution validation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, or equivalent platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, SaaS products, or technology implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms.
• Exposure to APIs, system integrations, workflow automation, or data flows.
• Experience with process modelling, BPMN, or other business process documentation techniques.
• Domain experience in BFSI, IT, consulting, e-commerce, healthcare, or other relevant industries.
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or Management.
