Job summary

Ascendion in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with stakeholders, translate business needs into detailed user stories, and document processes. You will drive process improvements and ensure clear specifications through documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8+ years of BA experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Process Improvement: Assess current business processes and workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, use cases, and project reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables while managing project scope and risks.
• Testing and Validation: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and are functioning as expected.
• Will perform Scrum Master role and perform all Scrum ceremonies.
