Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
• 4+ years in technology talent acquisition with end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools; strong MS Excel & PowerPoint for reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with client and business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles with timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across entry-level to senior technology roles.
• Source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, and networking.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track KPIs and pipeline progress; provide insights and market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and client platforms; support process improvements.
• Assist Recruitment Managers in guiding sourcing specialists and coordinators.
