Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Recruiting Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end talent identification and recruitment activities. You will analyze talent gaps, coordinate with peers, and support client-facing teams in a dynamic, global delivery environment.

With 5–8 years of recruitment experience and a graduation degree, you will handle both domestic and international hiring challenges, participate in rotational shifts if needed, and contribute to building a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• End-to-end talent acquisition experience and talent identification.
• Experience handling domestic and international hiring markets.
• Five to eight years of recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve increasingly complex recruitment problems.
• Interact with peers within Accenture and with management as needed.
• Engage with clients and/or Accenture management with limited instruction.
• Work on daily tasks with minimal guidance and moderate guidance on new assignments.
• Contribute as an individual contributor or lead a small team.
