• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

• As a globally distributed team, we work across multiple time zones. This India-based role will primarily support recruiting coordination across APAC and EMEA, with an expected schedule of 10 am–6 pm IST.
• You’ll work from a shared scheduling queue, supporting interviews across time zones during your working hours.
• You’ll need some flexibility during onboarding and for occasional training, manager check‑ins, and team meetings with Pacific‑based colleagues. We’ll coordinate these adjustments in advance.
