Job summary

Everpure in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on hiring for GTM roles (sales, presales, CX) across the region and influencing hiring strategy in a fast-growing environment.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting, partner with business leaders, and build diverse pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This in-office role is based in Bangalore, with collaboration across HR and finance functions.

Qualifications

• Strong recruiting experience focused on GTM roles (sales, presales, CX).
• Ability to influence and guide business leaders through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent in a competitive market.
• Experience hiring for similar GTM roles.
• Able to assess candidate fit beyond resumes.
• Comfort building relationships via phone, video, and in-person.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and structured interviewing capability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders, developing and executing hiring strategies aligned to priorities.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising on market trends and talent availability.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized and competitive talent.
• Proactively source, engage, and maintain diverse pipelines of candidates.
• Use recruiting metrics and insights to drive improvement in hiring outcomes and efficiency.
• Partner with HRBP, Total Rewards, Finance, and Interview Coordination for timely hiring decisions.
• Be an ambassador for Everpure.

THE ROLE

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence hiring strategy in a fast-growing, highly competitive environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders, developing and executing hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Own end-to-end recruiting process, including intake alignment, sourcing strategy, screening, interview panel design, decision-making, offer strategy, and onboarding alignment.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising them on market trends, talent availability, and hiring trade-offs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized and competitive talent.
• Proactively source, engage, and maintain strong, diverse pipelines of candidates.
• Use recruiting metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes and efficiency.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, and Interview Coordination to ensure smooth, timely hiring decisions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Everpure is primarily an in-office environment. This role is based in Bangalore, and you’ll be expected to work from the office in line with company policy, except during PTO, business travel, or other approved leave.
