The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

As a Cielo Recruiter supporting GE Vernova, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication. This role supports high-volume production and logistics hiring within manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume hiring.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Understanding of local employment practices and hiring regulations.

Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing or logistics recruitment

Education:

• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of two or more years of recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
