Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client.
• Live at the front‑line of talent delivery, ensuring timely and proactive communication on the status of searches.
• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience.
• Experience in high‑volume hiring.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Understanding of local employment practices and hiring regulations.

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing or logistics recruitment.

Education

• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field strongly preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of two or more years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
