Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for a leading Australian Financial Services client in Sydney's CBD. This hybrid role combines sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality hires.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, proactively build talent pipelines, and contribute to shaping recruitment strategy within a collaborative RPO environment. The role offers hybrid work and ongoing learning opportunities.
