NES Fircroft in Mumbai is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to source, attract, and hire top talent across manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma. You will partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver candidate solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical recruitment in manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific roles and talent pools.
• Experience with Bullhorn ATS and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field preferred.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the manufacturing, data centres, semiconductor, and BioPharma sectors. Your expertise will directly impact the growth and success of our clients by filling critical roles with highly qualified professionals. As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and industry stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver exceptional talent solutions. Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruitment within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma industries.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, technical requirements, and talent pools.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Bullhorn, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with candidates and clients confidently and effectively.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead industry-focused hiring efforts by sourcing and placing top professionals in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and other channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview notes, and job postings.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical specifications, role requirements, and team dynamics to deliver the best-fit candidates.
• Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, networking events, and career expos to enhance brand visibility and attract talent.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to maintain high standards of quality and integrity.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment KPIs related to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
