Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our Mumbai team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma sectors, building strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver top talent.

The role requires experience with ATS (preferably Bullhorn), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in technical recruitment within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors.
• Proficiency with ATS, preferably Bullhorn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract and place top talent in manufacturing, data centres, life sciences, and related roles.
• Strategic sourcing across job boards, social media, and industry networks to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Engage candidates and maintain long-term relationships for a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Maintain and update the ATS with postings, statuses, and interview notes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within deadlines.
• Represent NES Fircroft at industry events to enhance brand visibility and recruit potential candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations while upholding quality.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in technical or industry-specific recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors. A strong understanding of technical roles, industry standards, and market trends is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Bullhorn experience being highly preferred, and possess excellent sourcing techniques. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—are crucial for engaging with candidates and clients effectively. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are vital. A goal-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving recruitment targets are also required. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Industry-Focused Hiring: Identify, attract, and place top talent in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques across multiple platforms such as job boards, social media, and industry networks to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools, providing a positive candidate experience and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• ATS Management: Keep the applicant tracking system updated with accurate and comprehensive information regarding job postings, candidate statuses, and interview notes.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, provide market insights, and deliver high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.
• Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential candidates.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company standards and industry regulations, maintaining high quality and ethical standards.
• KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and deadlines, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
