Job summary

Genius Consultants in Chennai/Hyderabad is seeking a Management Trainee – Recruitment to assist in high-volume hiring across locations. The role offers an NATS Apprenticeship with a monthly stipend and scope to learn recruitment operations.

You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, maintain MIS, and assist joining formalities while working from Chennai or Hyderabad. Fresher graduates of 2024–2026 are preferred and must have basic communication skills and mobility.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from 2024–2026 batches preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Must have own bike or scooty.
• Willing to work from Chennai or Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Support field recruitment and mass recruitment activities.
• Source candidates via portals, campus drives, walk-ins, and references.
• Screen candidates based on eligibility and job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
• Handle onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.
• Perform other admin tasks as assigned.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.


• Support joining formalities and documentation.


• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.


• Handle high-volume recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.


• Perform other operational and administrative activities as assigned.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Fresh graduates from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch preferred.


• Avg. communication and interpersonal skills.


• Bike / Scooty must.

Compensation & Benefits:

• NATS Stipend/Salary: 14,000 – 15,000 per month
