Job summary

Mahindra Finance invites fresh graduates to join its National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) as an HR Apprentice in Indore. This one-year Central Government programme provides practical HR exposure in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, HR operations, and employee engagement.

During the apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience, learn HR processes, and build a foundation for a career in human resources within a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Freshers welcome for Apprenticeship.
• Willing to learn HR processes and practices.
• Location Indore, India is required.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition activities and assist recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling for candidates.
• Assist HR operations and employee record maintenance.
• Engage with employees to support a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with HR documentation and MIS reporting.
• Contribute to enhancing employee experience and onboarding.
