Job summary

Numoohr is seeking a Recruitment Executive for end-to-end recruitment in Real Estate Sales. Location: Noida (Sector 132). 1-3 years of experience required, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring sales professionals.

The role involves coordinating interviews, bulk hiring, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven abilities, with exposure to Noida/Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR real estate talent markets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate sales.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience and sales background.
• Conduct telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further rounds.
• Handle bulk and continuous hiring for Sales Executives, Telecallers, BDEs and related roles.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide regular hiring updates.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selections and joining formalities.
• Negotiate and close candidates within salary budgets.
• Work closely with management/sales to understand needs and improve hiring quality.

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate Sales profiles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience hiring sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, communication skills, stability, and sales background.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Handle bulk and continuous hiring for Sales Executives, Telecallers, Business Development Executives, Channel Sales, and related real estate sales roles.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selections, and joining formalities.
• Negotiate and close candidates within the approved salary budget.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure candidates join within the required timelines and follow up until joining.
• Work closely with the management/sales team to understand hiring requirements and improve hiring quality.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Real Estate Sales hiring.
• Strong experience in sourcing and hiring sales profiles.
• Good understanding of the Noida/Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR real estate talent market will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work with targets and manage multiple open positions.
• Should be proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume hiring.
